My company made the list of Best Places to Work in Kentucky! This was on my vision board in 2023 and now it's reality! We went from 108% turnover in 2021 to 14% last year.

It goes to show that if you have the vision don't give up if it doesn't fit your time frame. As they say, you overestimate what can be done in 1 year and underestimate what can be done in 5 years!

Monday win!!! Made it on GMA this morning!

Thanks for casually reinventing what a conference should be for business owners and naming it Founders Forum. That was a great experience! Made some good friends crushed some amazing Korean food and got to go on a run with some badasses.

Good shit man. That was a blast. Haven't had that many laughs at a "conference" period.

I just confirmed that July will be the largest revenue month in the history of our company ($200K) PLUS we made the largest hire in the history of our company of $265,000 base salary for a Principal Architect & Engineer.

I really appreciate all the Founder in FC. Based on these things, the Mark Cuban call yesterday and the state of the club call today I truly feel we're all destined for greatness.

I went to the men's retreat in Canada. Sometimes the words life-changing get thrown around. But I truly mean it. This retreat was truly life-changing. And as it was said in the call, you can't really describe the curriculum or what happens. But just know you will get to know 20 other people better than many people that you've known for 20 years and build lifetime friendships.

The men's retreat is an amazing opportunity to get to know yourself better and unlock things that have been holding you back for years!

Don't overthink it, just jump in with both feet!!

Literally all of the goals that I set out this year at the retreat in December, legit all of them, are coming true business-wise, wealth-wise, and personally.

This week I received confirmation that I have secured tickets for the World Cup for two games in Houston to see Portugal play.

I am 10 pounds heavier on an actual meal plan and health plan. We are pushing impact at such an accelerated rate in regards to helping incredible brands grow with TikTok, and preparation for my misogi is lining up very nicely. I wake up fired up every single day.

So when I first joined I was not entirely sure if I would get value, but because I am starting a DTC Supplement brand for autistic children, I met three people who started supplement brands and two other people who started brands in the direct-to-consumer space. And they just gave me so much guidance and a lot of the lessons that they learned that I felt like it was like a cheat code. I then spoke to three agencies that basically have helped DTC brands grow and they told me what is actually working to grow a brand and felt like I just got a shortcut. This is biggest value that I got from the club. And people are just so open to helping and not always like, "Hey, I'm going to try to sell you something." They're just giving advice and it's so refreshing. Super happy I joined and big thanks to Jay for convincing me, he really was a champion for the club.

Overall, I'm just really impressed how Founders Club has been able to keep the quality so high, even though you guys are growing so fast. Because I've been into so many communities where communities just start to die and people just don't really get that engaged. So I don't know how you guys do it, but you guys are doing a really great job.

Aaron, I cant tell you how much this trip and the introduction to Adam and Nachman has shifted my life. I have a lot of gratitude to you for putting this all together. I knew I needed to join the Founders Club, I knew I needed to join the retreat, etc.; it all aligns on its own!

I was fortunate enough to attend Adley's marketing workshop, which was amazing!! Also, the onboarding was awesome and so cool to meet other locked-in entrepreneurs building very exciting businesses.

The onboarding meeting was great, and I've submitted my survey for the local mastermind.

There were some heavy hitters on the onboarding call. So, now I'm equally inspired and intimidated!

I joined FC in mid-November. I currently run a company that supports mental health clinicians by providing insurance credentialing and billing. Our goal is to empower a demographic that has received a lot of messaging around limiting beliefs to be entrepreneurial, ethical, and successful business owners.

Today our company crossed $20M in annual revenue (last year we did $9.4M). This number runs deep in that it represents a growing collective of clinicians dedicated to increasing access to mental health care and cultivating personal relationships with other providers (much like FC). To celebrate, I found myself alone at a local golf simulator establishment having a drink, eating a pizza, and playing 18 holes realizing that I have a limited number of people to call to celebrate this accomplishment. I drove home teary-eyed due to the overwhelm of emotion of hitting all 3 of the yearly goals we set for 2025. Starting 1/1/2025, we are converting 8 contractors to full-time W-2 employees to support our growth plans, effectively starting a new business.

This year, more than the previous 5 years of being in business, I am recognizing the challenges of connecting with other business owners who understand the hustle, understand the grind, and understand that what we are creating is larger than our individual selves.

Had an incredible conversation with Joe Kim about Sales scripts last week.

Implementing the strategies he discussed, already have proposals out to potential clients worth a total of roughly ~$100k/year in recurring gross revenue in less than a week (really only 3 days). Nearly 75% increase in conversion in the small sample size to compare.

Big love to the Founders Club team for creating a retreat I will carry with me for a very long time. Playa gave me more clarity, connection, and courage than I expected. I came home with one immediate mission: finish my 2026 plan and get it printed tomorrow. I can't recommend these retreats enough for anyone who hasn't made it out to one yet!

The past few days were genuinely transformative. I had more meaningful conversations than I have had in years. I confronted hard truths, made important internal shifts, and felt supported in a way that helped me regain direction for the year ahead.

We're on target for our BIGGEST revenue month in company history. We're on track with our projections for Black Friday and we're scaling winning Meta ASC campaigns. I'm back on the tools and handling graphic design, Klaviyo, SMS, and Meta. It feels good. Lots of momentum.

Big shout out to Joel Padron and Uri Weinberger for giving me advice that helped us prepare and launch our Black Friday Sale early this year + scale campaigns. FC is amazing man.

I think to close off a Friday night, you deserve to hear this. I am deeply appreciative for this community. I am super thankful for being nominated for the transformational award.

Since Muskoka, life has been a rollercoaster. I have taken my health way more seriously, landed my first B2B client (worth over 9 figures) and most importantly gotten closer to god.
